This policy describes how ZBULLET Enterprises Limited, under the OpenPebble Labs brand, handles personal information on openpebble.in and in its planned apps, IVA AI Astrologer and Sia AI. Where a product presents a more specific notice, that notice also applies.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the product and features you use, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, login and account information, support messages, device and app usage information, purchase and subscription status, and information you choose to provide in conversations. IVA may collect your date, time and place of birth, gender, saved profiles, and astrology questions. Sia AI may collect health, wellness, habit and goal information that you choose to share. Please avoid providing information that is unnecessary for your request.
3. How we use information
We use information to set up and secure accounts; provide personalized features and responses; process purchases and subscriptions; send essential service messages; answer support requests; detect misuse; understand performance; and improve our products. We may use conversations, feedback and related usage data for internal training, evaluation and improvement of our AI systems, subject to applicable law and any consent or choices presented in the app. Health information requires particular care; the final product notice will explain its specific handling before collection.
4. Payments and service providers
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction status and limited billing details needed to administer a subscription. Providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support, messaging and AI features may process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. The actual providers and payment methods will be disclosed when finalized.
5. Sharing
We may share information with service providers as needed to deliver the service, with authorities when required by law, and in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not claim that your private conversations are public. We will identify any separate advertising or marketing use and related choices before enabling it.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for the period needed to deliver the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Exact retention periods will be specified when systems are finalized. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and withdraw applicable consent through the support channel provided at launch, subject to legal retention requirements. You can manage device permissions in your device settings. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions; instructions for both will be provided in the app.
8. Children and changes
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We may update this policy to reflect the final products or legal requirements. A current effective date and contact for privacy requests will appear here before launch.
