1. About these terms
These terms govern the planned website and mobile products operated by ZBULLET Enterprises Limited under the OpenPebble Labs brand: IVA AI Astrologer and Sia AI. By using a launched product, you agree to the terms presented at that time and the applicable Privacy Policy. Product-specific terms shown in an app may supplement these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.
3. Services and important limitations
IVA offers AI-generated astrology content for personal reflection and entertainment. Predictions are interpretive and do not guarantee an outcome. Sia AI provide general health and wellness information and coaching. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a doctor or other qualified professional. Do not use Sia AI for emergencies; seek local emergency care immediately. Do not rely on either app as the sole basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some features may require a paid subscription. The applicable app will show its price, trial offer if any, taxes, renewal frequency, payment method and material restrictions before payment authorization. A recurring subscription renews unless canceled through the stated cancellation method before the next charge. IVA’s introductory trial is ₹1 for 2 days; Sia AI’s introductory trial is ₹3 for 3 days. IVA is planned to renew at ₹699 per quarter after its trial; Sia AI at ₹399 per month after its trial. Checkout will display the final amount, taxes and mandate details before purchase.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the terms shown at checkout; it does not automatically delete your account. Access for an already paid period and refund eligibility will follow the published Cancellation & Refunds Policy and applicable law. Deleting an account does not necessarily stop an external payment mandate, so cancel the subscription separately first.
6. Your content and internal training
You retain rights to information and messages you submit, subject to rights needed to operate the service. We may use information you submit, including conversations and feedback, for internal training, evaluation, and improvement of our AI systems, as explained in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law and any consent or choices presented to you. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the services lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, impersonate others, or use it to harm others. Our software, branding and original content remain owned by OpenPebble Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal right to use the service while your access remains active.
8. Availability, changes and termination
Features may change as the products develop. We may restrict access for security, misuse or legal reasons. We will communicate material changes where required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
