1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to IVA AI Astrologer, a product operated by ZBULLET Enterprises Limited under the OpenPebble Labs brand, and its related web pages. Privacy requests can be sent to dpo@bulletshorts.com. Please read this alongside the IVA Terms of Use.
2. Information you provide
IVA may collect your name, mobile number, gender, date and exact time of birth, birth location, saved profile details, questions, chat messages, feedback, support requests, and information you choose to share. You may provide details for another person only if you have the right to do so. We also receive account, device, usage, diagnostic, and subscription status information needed to run the service.
3. Purposes of use
We use birth details to calculate or present astrological charts and personalize readings; conversations to respond to requests; account and device information to authenticate, secure and improve the service; and purchase details to administer access and support. We may use submitted conversations, feedback and related data for internal training, evaluation and improvement of our AI systems, subject to applicable law and any consent or choices presented in the app.
4. AI processing and accuracy
IVA uses automated systems to generate conversational responses and interpretations. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Information entered in chat may be processed by providers that help operate the AI service. The actual providers and their roles will be identified in the final notice before launch.
5. Payments, sharing and communications
A payment provider processes payment credentials. IVA may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status and limited billing information; it should not require your full card details. We may share necessary data with contracted hosting, authentication, analytics, support and AI service providers, and with authorities where legally required. Essential account and billing messages may be sent; marketing messages require the applicable choice or permission.
6. Retention and safeguards
We retain account, birth profile, conversation and transaction data for the time needed to provide IVA, comply with law, resolve disputes and protect the service. Product-specific retention periods and deletion mechanics will be stated before launch. We use reasonable access controls and security measures, though no online service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, account deletion, and withdrawal of applicable consent by emailing dpo@bulletshorts.com. Deleting an account can end access to stored charts and conversations. 8. Age, updates and contact
IVA is intended for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy and publish an effective date. Privacy and grievance requests can be sent to dpo@bulletshorts.com. The registered business address will be added to the contact page before launch.
