1. Service and eligibility
IVA AI Astrologer is a planned digital product operated by ZBULLET Enterprises Limited under the OpenPebble Labs brand. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account.
2. Nature of astrology content
IVA offers birth chart information, daily predictions and AI-generated astrology conversations for personal reflection and entertainment. Interpretations do not guarantee an event or outcome. Do not use IVA as the sole basis for medical, financial, legal, or other significant decisions.
3. Trial and recurring subscription
The introductory trial is ₹1 for 2 days. The planned post-trial subscription is ₹699 per quarter, subject to final checkout disclosures. Before payment authorization, the app will show the amount payable, taxes, renewal date and frequency, payment mandate, trial eligibility, cancellation method, and any material restrictions. Unless canceled before renewal according to the checkout terms, an authorized recurring subscription may renew automatically.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel future renewals using the in-app instructions or the payment channel identified at checkout. Canceling payment and deleting an account are separate steps. Eligibility for a refund is described in the IVA Cancellation & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
5. Your submissions and internal training
You retain rights to the information you submit, while granting us the limited rights needed to deliver and improve IVA. We may use your information, including conversations and feedback, for internal training, evaluation and improvement of our AI systems, as described in the IVA Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law and any consent or choices presented to you. Do not submit another person’s details without authorization.
6. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not misuse IVA, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. The IVA name, software, original content and design belong to OpenPebble Labs or its licensors. Your access is personal and limited to use permitted by these terms.
7. Changes, availability and contact
Features may change as IVA develops. We may restrict access for security, fraud, misuse or legal reasons. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The operator is ZBULLET Enterprises Limited.
