1. Offer and billing
IVA’s introductory offer is ₹1 for 2 days. The planned continuation is ₹699 per quarter after the trial. Final taxes, renewal date, trial eligibility, payment method and mandate details will be displayed before you confirm payment. A trial is available only under the eligibility terms shown at checkout.
2. Canceling a subscription
You will be able to cancel future renewals through the in-app subscription management flow or the payment channel used at checkout. The app will identify the method and cutoff time before purchase. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. Canceling does not automatically delete your account; deleting an account does not automatically revoke an external mandate.
3. Refund requests
The final refund eligibility, request channel and processing timeline will be published before accepting payments. If you believe a charge is duplicate or incorrect, email support@bulletshorts.com with the transaction reference. Any refund will be handled under the published policy and applicable law; payment-provider processing time may vary.
