How to request deletion
Email dpo@bulletshorts.com from your registered email, or identify the mobile number used for your Sia AI account. Write “Delete my Sia AI account” in the subject. We may verify account ownership before processing. You can make this request even if you have uninstalled the app.
What happens to your data
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data held for the app, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention or dispute purposes. We will explain any required retention when responding and complete requests within a reasonable period under applicable law.
Cancel recurring payments separately
If a subscription or payment mandate is active, follow the cancellation instructions before or alongside the deletion request. Deleting an account or app does not by itself cancel a payment mandate. Contact support@bulletshorts.com if you need help locating the cancellation method.
