This policy applies to Sia AI, a product operated by ZBULLET Enterprises Limited under the OpenPebble Labs brand. Health information and personal conversations can be sensitive. 2. Information collected
Sia AI may collect your name, contact and login details, wellness goals, habits, health-related answers or notes you choose to provide, chat messages, feedback and support requests. We may also collect device, app usage and diagnostics information, plus transaction and subscription status. Avoid entering information about another person without authorization.
3. Use and AI processing
We use your information to provide relevant conversations and coaching, maintain your account, administer subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent misuse and improve Sia AI. Sia AI uses automated systems to generate responses. We may use conversations, feedback and related usage data for internal training, evaluation and improvement of our AI systems, subject to applicable law and any consent or choices presented in the app. The final product notice will explain how health information is handled before collection.
4. Sharing and payment processing
Service providers may assist with hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics, support and messaging under suitable safeguards. Payment providers process payment credentials; Sia AI may receive transaction identifiers and subscription status needed to provide access. We may disclose data if required by law. We will identify actual providers and any optional advertising or marketing uses before they are enabled.
5. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide requested features, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. Specific retention and deletion periods will be disclosed before launch. We use reasonable security measures and restrict access to information according to operational need, though absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of applicable consent by emailing dpo@bulletshorts.com. Some information may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. You can control device permissions in system settings. Cancel a subscription separately from account deletion.
