1. Service and eligibility
Sia AI is a planned product operated by ZBULLET Enterprises Limited under the OpenPebble Labs brand. It provides conversational general health and wellness guidance. You must be at least 18 years old and use your own account accurately and lawfully.
2. Medical limitations
Sia AI are not medical professionals or emergency services. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace clinical assessment or treatment. AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions. If you have an emergency, seek local emergency care immediately.
3. Trial and renewal
Sia AI’s introductory trial costs ₹3 for 3 days. The planned post-trial renewal is ₹399 per month. Before payment authorization, checkout will display the full recurring price, taxes, trial eligibility, renewal schedule, mandate terms, cancellation instructions and any restrictions. Do not authorize payment unless these terms are clear to you.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop future renewals through the cancellation method presented in the app or payment channel. Deleting the app or account alone may not cancel an external mandate. The Sia AI Cancellation & Refunds Policy will describe final eligibility and support processes before payments begin.
5. Submitted information and internal training
You retain rights to information you provide, while granting rights needed to operate Sia AI. We may use submitted information, including conversations and feedback, for internal training, evaluation and improvement of our AI systems, as described in the Sia AI Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law and any consent or choices presented to you. Health information requires particular care; the final in-app notice will explain the specific controls before collection.
6. Use and ownership
Do not submit information you lack authority to share, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Sia AI’s software, brand and original content belong to OpenPebble Labs or its licensors. Access is personal and limited by these terms.
7. Availability and contact
Features and availability may change during development. We may restrict access to protect users and the platform. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
